About the Program

CCC offers program to help Chinese coaches to attain their international certification offered by International Association of Coaching (IAC).  Moreover, the IAC Masteries is also an advanced learning program for experienced coaches and a masterful tool to be used for personal development and interactive communication.

    Here are the steps and program details:

    Step 1

    Ask yourself whether an international certification and/or an advanced coaching learning is what you really want and need.  It is a process acquries highly committed decision.  For pursueing the program, you need to purchase an IAC Masteries eBook costs US$27, or you can enroll to become an IAC member and get it for FREE.

    Step 2

    Check out your investment with CCC here:

    1. to attend to the maximum of 3 x 1 hr teleclasses a month.

    2. to actively ask questions and exchange learning insights with the CCC members via the Forum.

    3. to form triad for practising coaching recording sessions according to the requirement of IAC Test 2.

    4. to pay a monthly program fee of HK760.  (discount available for 3-month and 6-month program)

    5. to pay the distance telephone fee for calling to a U.S. bridge line for attending the class. (estimate for about HK$10-15 per hour depends on which telephone company's package you are using)

    Step 3

    Step 4

    1. Read welcome articles in the CCC Membership site.

    2. Go to the Membership Site "Discussion Forum"  to register your user name and password and introduce yourself to other members.

    3. Post whichever coaching questions in your mind for coach bonnie and other experienced members to exchange ideas with you.

    4. Check the Class Schedule and ready yourself for the first class.

    5. Find buddies to form your triad group for more out-of-class practises.

    6. Set your goal and post your progress to the Forum for inter and intra encouragement and support.

    7. Attend and enjoy the classes.

    8. It is important for you to have consecutive learning for 3 to 6 months for a better result.

    Step 5

    Send your coaching recordings to IAC for Test 2 if your goal is for the IAC-CC crendential.

    Some coaches may pass Test 2 of IAC in one shot, some may pass 1 recording and fail in the other and then get certified in their second trial.  Nevertheless, you will find the learning process brings you more than an certification.
